NEJoye is a professional outdoor power station brand. We design and build portable power solutions that deliver pure sine wave AC output, reliable energy storage, and rugged durability — so you can power your adventures, job sites, and emergency backup with confidence.
Our stations power virtually anything you'd plug into a standard wall outlet — smartphones, laptops, CPAP machines, mini-fridges, power tools, cameras, drones, lights, electric grills, and small appliances. Check each model's rated wattage to match your devices.
Yes. During a blackout, a NEJoye unit can keep your refrigerator, medical devices, lights, routers, and phones running. For whole-home backup, pair multiple units or size up to a higher-capacity model.
Four things set us apart:
Pure sine wave output: safe for sensitive electronics like CPAP machines and laptops.
Automatic voltage regulation (AVR): stable power delivery, no surges or dips.
Bidirectional inverter technology: fast AC charging plus high-efficiency DC-to-AC conversion.
Solid-state battery options: safer, lighter, and longer-lasting than traditional lithium-ion (on select models).
We use premium LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) batteries across the lineup, with solid-state battery technology on select advanced models. LiFePO₄ delivers 3,000+ life cycles, superior thermal stability, and built-in safety.
Our LiFePO₄ batteries are rated for 3,000+ full cycles while retaining over 80% of original capacity. That's roughly 8–10 years of daily use.
Pure sine wave output replicates the smooth, clean power you get from a household wall outlet. Modified sine wave (found in cheaper units) can cause sensitive electronics to hum, overheat, or malfunction. With NEJoye, your CPAP, laptop, and audio gear run as safely as they do at home.
Charging time depends on the model and method:
AC wall outlet: 1.5–3 hours
Solar panels (200W input): 3–6 hours (sun-dependent)
Car 12V port: 6–10 hours
AC + Solar (dual charging): Under 1.5 hours
Exact times vary by model — check your product's spec sheet for details.
Yes. NEJoye supports pass-through charging — plug it in to recharge while still powering your devices. The built-in battery management system (BMS) handles everything safely.
Traditional inverters convert DC (battery) to AC (outlet) in one direction. Our bidirectional inverter also allows high-speed AC charging in reverse — the same circuit that outputs power also pulls it in, reducing charge time significantly without needing a bulky external brick.
Yes. All models include an MPPT solar charge controller and are compatible with most third-party solar panels (MC4 or Anderson connectors). For best results, we recommend panels rated 100W–400W with an open-circuit voltage within your unit's input range.
NEJoye power stations are NOT waterproof. Operate them in a dry, ventilated area. If you need rain protection outdoors, place the unit inside a tent, under a canopy, or in a weatherproof enclosure — just ensure the vents are unobstructed.
Operating (discharge): –4 °F to 104 °F (–20 °C to 40 °C)
Charging: 32 °F to 104 °F (0 °C to 40 °C)
Storage: –4 °F to 113 °F (–20 °C to 45 °C)
The BMS will automatically pause charging below freezing to protect the battery.
FAA rules limit lithium batteries to 100 Wh carry-on (airline approval required for 100–160 Wh). Our smallest models may qualify; larger-capacity units exceed the limit and cannot fly. Check your model's watt-hour rating and always confirm with your airline.
Yes. NEJoye produces zero fumes, zero carbon monoxide, and near-silent operation — unlike gas generators, it's completely safe for indoor and enclosed use.
Every NEJoye unit is protected by a multi-layer Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors and controls:
Over-voltage / under-voltage protection
Over-current and short-circuit protection
Over-temperature protection (charging and discharging)
Low-temperature charging lockout
Cell balancing for maximum lifespan
Yes, active cooling fans engage under heavy load or during fast charging. At low-to-moderate loads the unit runs passively (fan-off, silent). At full load, fan noise is comparable to a laptop under load — about 40–45 dB, quieter than a typical conversation.
The unit enclosure is designed with no exposed terminals or accessible high-voltage areas. All AC outlets are covered when not in use. Still, as with any electrical device, adult supervision is recommended around young children.

Home backup / full-size appliances: 2,000 Wh and above
Still unsure? Check each product page for a "What can this power?" guide, or contact our team.
Select models support parallel connection — doubling your output wattage or capacity depending on the kit. Look for "Parallel Ready" in the product description. Use only the official NEJoye parallel kit to avoid damage.
Select models include Bluetooth connectivity and a companion app (iOS & Android) for real-time monitoring — input/output wattage, remaining runtime, battery health, and firmware updates. Check the product features list for connectivity specs.
1. Confirm the battery isn't fully drained — plug it into AC power for 30 minutes, then try again.
2. Check that the main power button AND the AC/DC output buttons are both on.
3. If the BMS has triggered a protection mode, disconnect all devices, let the unit rest 10 minutes, then restart.
4. Still not working? Contact support — do not attempt to open the unit.
Yes. The BMS stops charging at 100% and maintains the battery safely. For long-term storage (over 1 month), we recommend keeping the charge level between 50%–80% and storing in a cool, dry place.
