2. Product Safety & Proper Use Disclaimer

CRITICAL — PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

NEJoye outdoor power stations are high-capacity electrical devices containing lithium-ion batteries. Improper use may result in fire, electric shock, property damage, serious injury, or death.

2.1 Intended Use

NEJoye products are designed for:

● Outdoor recreation (camping, RV, tailgating, overlanding)

● Emergency home backup power

● Light-duty off-grid power for electronics and small appliances

● Professional field use (photography, surveying, construction)

2.2 Prohibited Use

Do NOT use NEJoye products:

● In wet, rainy, or submerged conditions unless the product is explicitly IP-rated for such use.

● With medical life-support equipment where power interruption could cause harm.

● Near flammable gases, liquids, or explosive environments.

● With damaged or modified cables, connectors, or adapters.

● By children without adult supervision.

● While charging from an incompatible or uncertified power source.

2.3 Battery Safety

● Do not puncture, crush, disassemble, or expose the battery to fire or temperatures above 60°C (140°F).

● Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.

● If the battery swells, leaks, emits an odor, or shows visible damage, discontinue use immediately and contact us for disposal guidance.

● Only use the charger and accessories supplied or approved by NEJoye.

● Recycle or dispose of lithium batteries in accordance with local regulations. Do not discard in household waste.

2.4 No Warranty on Misuse

Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, use of third-party accessories not approved by NEJoye, neglect, or failure to follow the included user manual is not covered under our warranty.

2.5 Warranty Coverage

NEJoye provides the following limited warranties from the date of purchase:

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

● NEJoye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

● In no event shall NEJoye's total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

● NEJoye does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any product, nor compatibility with all third-party devices.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
