Why the NEJoye A005 Is the Only Headlamp You Need
Most headlamps force you to choose: a narrow beam for distance, or a wide wash for close-up work. The NEJoye A005 gives you both – and a lot more. It combines an XPE spotlight, a COB floodlight, and red/blue safety lighting in one compact housing, with a built-in 1200mAh polymer lithium battery and modern USB-C charging.
Wherever your night takes you – a trail run, a camping weekend, a late dog walk, a fishing trip or a repair job under the car – the A005 lights the way with up to 800 lumens of clean white light, adjustable from 100% down to 30% with smooth, stepless dimming. At just 82g, you will forget you are wearing it.

Eight Lighting Modes Explained
The A005's 8 modes are designed around how you actually use light outdoors:
1. Spotlight – a focused 25° beam that reaches up to 150m / 500ft, ideal for seeing what is ahead on trails and roads.
2. Floodlight – a wide 120° wash that lights the ground right in front of you for reading, cooking, or close-up work.
3. Spotlight + Floodlight – both on together for maximum illumination when you need to see everything at once.
4. Red Floodlight – a soft red light that protects your night vision and won't disturb others in a tent or campsite.
5. Red Strobe – a flashing red signal for emergencies, roadsidevisibilityi, ty or locating your group.
6. 3 Sensor Modes – hands-free wave control (see below).
This combination makes the A005 genuinely versatile: one headlamp for trail running, camping, fishing, dog walking, reading and working – no second light required.
Stepless Dimming – Match the Light to the Moment
Fixed brightness settings often feel like too much or too little. The A005 solves this with stepless dimming: long-press the power button and the brightness glides smoothly from 100% down to 30%, so you can dial in exactly the light you need – a bright beam for the trail, a gentle glow for reading in the tent, or a dim setting to save battery on a long night.
Motion Sensor – Wave Your Hand, Light On, Light Off
Your hands are full with gear, tools, ols or a fishing rod – the last thing you want is to fumble for a button. The A005 features a smart motion sensor: press the sensor button to enter sensor mode, then simply wave your hand within 15cm in front of the headlamp to switch it on or off. It works through gloves, in the rain, under the hood of a car, anywhere you need hands-free control.
Note: In sensor mode, the headlamp may also react to nearby obstacles moving past – this is normal behavior. Press the power button to exit sensor mode anytime.
USB-C Rechargeable – 1200mAh, Charged Anywhere
The A005 comes with a built-in 1200mAh polymer lithium battery and a modern USB-C charging port. No more hunting for special cables – any USB-C charger works. Because the port accepts standard 5V USB power, you can recharge from:
● A wall (AC) charger at home
● A power bank on the trail
● A laptop or computer at work
● A car charger on the road
A full charge supports roughly 4 hours of strong light – plenty for a full night of camping, running, or night fishing – and the 4-dot battery indicator on the front lets you check remaining power at a glance, so you are never caught in the dark.
Lightweight, Comfortable, Adjustable
Weighing only 82g, the A005 is light enough to wear all night without neck strain or bounce. The elastic headband is fully adjustable to fit any head size, and the lamp head tilts up to 45°, so you can point the beam exactly where you are looking – down at your hands, forward on the trail, or up at a task overhead. It is small enough to slip into a pocket or pack when you are not wearing it.
Built for Bad Weather – IPX4 Waterproof
Outdoor gear only counts if it works when the weather turns. The A005 is rated IPX4 waterproof, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction. Rain, sweat, a splash from a stream – the A005 keeps working. Pair that with its durable ABS housing, and you have a headlamp built for years of outdoor use.
